What is MyStreet?

MyStreet helps NSW residents discover recorded development applications, monitor important locations and understand available planning information.

Is MyStreet free?

Yes. Public address searches and development records are available without an account. A Free account includes one monitored property, a radius up to 400 m, relevant daily email updates and one complimentary full AI Planning Report for the lifetime of the account. No payment details are required.

Where does the data come from?

MyStreet uses available NSW planning records. Coverage, documents and update timing vary. An empty search does not guarantee there is no development activity. Follow the official application and relevant authority for definitive information.

How do property alerts work?

After you confirm a monitored location and your notification preferences, MyStreet checks for relevant recorded activity within your chosen radius. Free email updates are delivered daily when there is relevant activity. Delivery depends on source availability and processing.

Can I monitor multiple properties?

Free includes one monitored property. Pro supports up to ten, with a monitoring radius up to 5 km for each location.

What does MyStreet Pro include?

Pro includes wider monitoring, up to ten properties, advanced filters, fuller history and up to 20 successful AI planning reports per day. Email delivery options depend on current service availability. See Pricing for the current offer and billing terms.

How accurate is MyStreet Intelligence?

Reports use available records and evidence validation, but AI can make mistakes and source information may be incomplete. Verified facts, interpretations and missing information should be considered separately. Reports do not guarantee approval or replace professional advice.

Is MyStreet affiliated with the NSW Government?

No. MyStreet is an independent service and is not a government authority. Official planning records and council decisions remain authoritative.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open subscription management from your account to cancel future renewals. Your billing period and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Cancelling Pro does not require deleting your account.

How is my address information used?

Your search address locates nearby public applications. When you save a location, it is used for account monitoring and relevant alerts. Saved monitoring locations are private account information. See the Privacy Policy for details and your choices.
